This is truly an adjustable bell. The strap fits bars with diameters from 15mm to 39mm. You can even use it on your ski poles, hiking sticks, or your cane. The dinger of the bell adjusts to any position around the dome, make it possible to use your thumb or any finger to ring the bell.
