About Jan Jansen
Jan Janssen, world champion and the first Dutch tour winner, started his own bicycle brand in 1972 under his own name. After various partnerships under some of the largest bicycle brands at the time, Flandria and then Union, Jan eventually bought back the company and it has remained in the family where it is currently led by his two sons.
